DO I HAVE TO PAY U2CLAIM?
2. U2Claim makes no charge to you for its referral services, the Solicitors practice pays U2Claim for the case.

You do not have to pay your solicitor a fee. One of our panel of independent solicitors will confirm whether your case is suitable for a NO WIN NO FEE agreement.

PRIVACY
3. U2Claim has a policy that we are committed to privacy for everyone who uses our site. The Data Protection Act requires that compliance is made with the regulations and any sensitive or confidential data will be processed in a confidential manner and in compliance with the provisions contained in the act.

SOLICITOR
4. The solicitor to whom your case is referred will give you advice about your claim which will include an initial view on liability and if relevant an estimate as to the damages you might receive he will advise you if you have legal expense insurance or if not your case may be taken on a NO WIN NO FEE basis which will be explained to you by your solicitor.

U2 CLAIM COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
5. Complaints must be  by letter or email and on receipt of details will be passed on the date of receipt to a Director of the company.

A written acknowledgement of the complaint will be made within 3 working days attaching details of the procedure to be adopted in dealing with your complaint.

After 4 weeks from the making of the complaint U2Claim will advise you of the result of their enquiries or intimate that their enquiries are continuing and give an indication of how long this will take.

On 8 weeks elapsing we will contact you further providing details of our findings and advising you that if you are not satisfied with the way your complaint has been handled  that you may refer the matter to the Claims Management Regulator.

ACCESS TO THE SITE
